Scheherazade has worked at Wealthsimple for over six years, supporting and advising her clients on making informed decisions to achieve their financial goals. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion—especially when it comes to closing the gender and racial gap in financial well-being—and frequently leads workshops to educate various community groups on personal finance. Scheherazade spent her childhood in Dubai, U.A.E, and moved to Canada to study at the University of Toronto. She now lives in Toronto with her labradoodle, Koda.
